Shipping Policy

Oflicod Inc currently ships orders to eligible addresses within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions, severe weather, or other high-volume periods.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery is generally expected within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our direct control.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is $5.99. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, or P.O. boxes. Orders must include a complete, deliverable street address.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking record.

Address Problems and Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the surrounding area and contact the carrier before contacting us.
